Apple Grapes Raita, Apple Grapes Pachadi. A very tasty and easy Raita made with apple, yogurt/curd and grapes.
I learned this Apple Grapes Raita from my mom when she came to help me for my second pregnancy. My mom make a variety of raitas. She made this Apple Grapes Raita for French Biryani and it made an awesome combination.
You can also eat this Apple Grapes Raita as a salad. You will simply relish it. Also, apples are rich in antioxidants and dietary fiber. I have also heard that apple also helps in reducing hypertension. Grapes also have vitamins, minerals like calcium, potassium and iron in them. When you get so much of goodness from both apple and grapes, why not have it in one dish called Apple Grapes Raita.
