Apple pomegranate smoothie is an easy and healthy smoothie which offers a quick boost of energy.
For the past two weeks, I’ve made this apple pomegranate smoothie twice for Gj and sanvi. They just liked it so much. Apple and pomegranate have got a lot of health benefits. Pomegranate helps in the treatment of sore throats, treats stomach disorders, and reduces the effect of dental plaque. Whereas apples promotes healthy teeth, prevents gallstones, and boosts your immune system.

Pomegranate seeds – 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon (to garnish)
Apple – 1 no.
Sugar or honey – 2 tablespoon
Curd/yoghurt – 3 tablespoon
Milk – 1/2 cup
Note. The ingredients shown will vary with the original quantity.
Peel the apple and roughly chop it into pieces. I have not peeled the apple. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.Now, pomegranate apple smoothie is ready! Serve chill with ice cubes.
