Wheat flour – 1 cup
Banana – 1
Milk – 1 cup
Butter – small lemon size
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – as desired
Oil – as desired

1. In a large mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt, banana, butter, water and milk. Combine well.2. Once you combine the ingredients, you will get crumble pieces. Knead them to a fine dough. If you want, you could put it in a blender and run once. This is optional. Cover the dough and keep it aside for half an hour.3. After half hour, make small balls. Dust each ball in the flour and roll out to form a round shape.4. Now place the rolled round on the pan. Cook for about half a minute. You will see small bubbles appear, then using a spatula, flip the chappathi to cook the other side. Cook for about 20 seconds.Now, banana chapathi is ready! Serve banana chapathi with some spicy gravy/curry.
