Quick cooking rolled oats – 1/2 cup
Curd/yoghurt (chilled) – 1 cup
Honey – 3 tsp
Flax seeds – 2 tsp
Ice cubes – 1/2 cup
Note. The ingredients shown will vary with the original quantity.
- If you do not have flax seeds, substitute with any of your favorite seeds. Taste will of course differ based on the nuts or seeds you add.
- You can add a drop of vanilla essence or cardamom powder or cinnamon powder.
- You can also add 1/4 cup of skimmed milk.
