Bread sandwich recipe
Bread sandwich is a tasty and crunchy sandwich that you can make in a hurry.
When I have only few minutes left to make an evening snack or some kind of food to fill the stomach for an hour or so, I blindly make this bread sandwich. You can make this sandwich with veggies like onion, capsicum/bell pepper, tomato, potato etc. It tastes great with any combination.
Bread sandwich is a very flexible and easy sandwich. This sandwich is a blessing for me as a busy mom. Even if your kids do not certain veggies, you can sneak the veggies in this sandwich and add tomato ketchup along with it. The kids would not know. Hope you all find this recipe useful.

Onion – 1/2 no. (round slices)
Tomato – 1/2 no. (round slices)
Potato – 1 (round slices)
Coriander leaves – as required
Tomato ketchup or jam or or butter or ghee or coriander/mint chutney
Note. The ingredients shown will vary with the original quantity.
1. Apply butter or mint chutney or ketchup on one side of the bread. I applied butter. Place onion slices, tomato slices, potato slices, and coriander leaves on the bread.
2. Apply any spread on the other bread and place it on top of the other bread.I applied mint chutney. Cook the bread in sandwich maker.
Now, bread sandwich is ready!!!
