Mostly, I use broccoli whenever I make some mixed vegetable dish. My family’s favorite broccoli dishes are Broccoli Paratha, Broccoli Paruppu Usili and Broccoli Fritters.
Broccoli has got numerous health benefits. Broccoli is a good source of vitamin C and K. It is also rich in folate and fiber. Considering the dozens of nutrients it provides, I think we should use broccoli in our cooking often.
