Chicken salna recipe – A perfect dish to have with kothu parotta or simple parathas.
I make chicken salna once in two weeks and have it along with parotta. Wow, it is such a drool-worthy combination.
My family just love this chicken salna a lot and ask me to make it frequently. Even when I go to india, Gj will order ceylone parotta and I would order parotta and chicken salna. It tastes so good with dosa, idli, phulka and poori too. I like this chicken salna with any combination.
For those days when we don’t eat non-veg, I substitute chicken with potatoes and make potato salna.
When I make lot of dishes for my guests, I definitely add this chicken salna to my list of recipes. My guests just love this dish a lot. I have some friends who ask me lovingly to make this chicken salna for them when they visit us. It does not consume a lot of time and energy. Definitely, a dish that is very easy to make!
If you would like to try some other curry which is similar to chicken salna, then pepper chicken gravy would be the right choice.
