My dad always insists me to eat dates at least thrice a week. In my childhood days, I never liked dates at all. Though dates is very good for health and has nutrients, vitamins and minerals, I still did not like them. My mom would make dates smoothie and give it to me. Those were the days where my mom used to run behind me.
Nowadays, I run behind sanvi and shreeya asking them to eat dates. Only last week, I learned this recipe from my friend who taught me this recipe over phone. I tried it out and my kids just loved it. I then make this every weekend and my family just loves this dessert.
I then wanted to share the recipe here. I found it quite difficult to get the exact recipe from my friend. Then I bought this book from the library and successfully gave credit to the author. You should definitely try this recipe, and I am sure you will love it.
