Cilantro yogurt dip, coriander raita, coriander curd raita
One of my favorite dip that goes well with many starters like bitter gourd fries, simple vada, tandoori aloo, tandoori gobi etc. I have already posted the mint yoghurt raita. Now it is the time for me to post the coriander curd dip. The recipe is almost the same as the mint yoghurt raita except that we use coriander leaves instead of mint leaves.
I hope you all like this cilantro yogurt dip too.
Note. The ingredients shown will vary with the original quantity.
Wash the coriander leaves. Use only the leaves and discard the stem. In a blender, add curd, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin powder and salt. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a pinch of cumin powder.Now coriander yoghurt raita is ready!
