Few years ago, Late Chef Jacob’s made this Coconut Chutney Dosa in one of his morning shows. I tried it for breakfast and it came out so well. The dosa will have a good flavor of coconut chutney.
I make this Coconut Dosa whenever I have excess Coconut Chutney at home. It gives an unique taste to the dosa. Adding curry leaves make it even more tastier.

You can pair this Coconut Chutney Dosa with Sambar or any other spicy chutney. Nay! Not with Coconut Chutney. It would be too much of coconut flavor.

Serves. 5 Dosa
Dosa Batter – 3 cups
Coconut Chutney – 1 cup
Curry Leaves (crushed) – 1 sprig
Oil – as required
Note. The ingredients shown will vary with the original quantity.
1. Add coconut chutney and curry leaves to the dosa batter. Combine well.
2. Heat the dosa pan. Pour a ladle full of batter and make a round circle. Drizzle oil on the corners of the dosa. Cook dosa until it turns golden brown and cooked on both the sides. Switch off.
Now, the Coconut Chutney Dosa is ready! Serve Coconut Chutney Dosa with Sambar or some spicy chutney.
Adding curry leaves increases the flavor of coconut chutney dosa.
