Cucumber moru curry, vellarikkai moru curry, cucumber moru kootu
I buy cucumber a lot that too in large quantities. I buy them once in two weeks. I try to make as much recipes as possible with cucumber. Cucumber moru curry is one of my favorite recipes that I make often. My family loves it so much. Cucumber moru curry goes well with spicy side dishes. It is a very simple and easy recipe to make when guest comes home.
The other moru kuzhambu recipes that I like are poosanikai mor kuzhambu and mango pulissery. Though all the mor kuzhambu recipes are very similar, each one of them have their own taste. I love them all. Here goes the recipe of cucumber moru curry.
