Kachumber Salad Recipe, Indian Cucumber Salad
Kachumber Salad Recipe. A simple and popular Indian salad made with cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and cumin powder.
Kachumber Salad is very easy and simple to make. I make it very often at home. Gj loves salad, and I am not a salad person. I can have salad only if it is really good and tasty. I buy cucumber very often, and it gets spoiled easily. So whenever I buy cucumber, I will make Kachumber Salad. Since it has lots of veggies, it is nutritious too.
You can add finely chopped green chillies to the Kachumber Salad, but I don’t like green chillies in my salad. I don’t like biting green chillies while eating, so I prefer red chilli powder instead. Also, I have seen one of my friends adding chopped beetroot pieces to the Kachumber Salad just to add color to the salad.
Hope you all like the kachumber Salad recipe. Enjoy!
