Kara pori recipe, masala pori recipe, spicy murmura is a tasty and crispy snack made with puffed rice in less than 10 minutes.
Masala kara pori is all all time favorite snack right from my childhood days. When I go to temples like Thiruvanthipuram or Divanur, the first thing I would ask my mom when I come out of the temple is “mummy, pori sapdalama?”
My mom gives me a good company in eating this pori. Also we used to travel a lot from Pondy to Chennai often. Those times, my mom will buy and keep this pori. We have a lot of varieties in pori like pattani pori, kara pori, kadalai pori etc. My mom loves kadalai pori the most, and I love the kara pori the most. By the time we reach Chennai, we would finish it off. Even after so many years, I still ask my mom for pori whenever we go to temple with my family.
Just love this pori so much. How much ever you eat, my stomach doesn’t get full…he he he.
