Mango Lassi Recipe
I love mangoes. I love to try out as many mango recipes as possible during summer. This summer, my mom requested me to make Mango Lassi. She came here just to spend some time with me. I said yes and last Friday, I made this yummy Lassi for her.
I also had a surprise guest at home that evening. My guest loved it to the core. When you are planning to throw a party, you can make this Mango Lassi, which is very easy to make as well tasty too. You can definitely not go wrong anywhere. All you need is curd/yogurt. You can also play with the ingredients (i.e) you can add increase or decrease an ingredient as per your desire. My mom makes plain lassi often. I make Mango Lassi occasionally that is because I cannot eat too much of mangoes.

Ripe Mangoes (peeled and chopped) – 1 cup
Curd/Yoghurt – 1 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 4 tablespoon
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
1. Whisk the curd and add it to the blender. Add mango pulp to the blender.
2. Blend until smooth. Also add milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth.
Now, Mango Lassi is ready! Serve chill. If you want you could also add ice cubes at the time of serving.
- Use mangoes that are preferably not fibrous.
- The quantity of milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and water could be adjusted according to your taste buds.
