Mango mint chutney recipe
Mango mint chutney – A blend of raw mangoes and mint leaves. Mango Mint Chutney tastes so good and goes well with Dosa and Idli. You can even have mango mint chutney with cooked rice. I am sure you are going to love it.
I had many raw mangoes at home, so wanted to finish them off soon. I thought I should make some thogayal recipes. Last month, I remember posting mango coconut chutney, and I received few emails saying it was super good.
Mango Mint Chutney will refresh you taste buds this Summer.

Mint leaves/pudina – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoon
Raw mango (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Coconut (grated) – 1/2 cup
Green chillies – 3 no.
Garlic cloves – 2 nos.
Roasted gram/pottukadalai – 2 teaspoon
Water – as required
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Note. The ingredients shown will vary with the original quantity
Add all the ingredients to the blender along with little water and grind to a smooth paste. The consistency should be that of Coconut Chutney neither thick nor too thin.
Now, Mango mint chutney is ready! Serve with Rice and Dosa.
- If you wish, you could season it with mustard seeds and urad dal.
