During weekends, sometimes we would buy breakfast from Dennis Restaurant. Their Mashed Potatoes would taste so good, and I would have it with toasted bread and Mushroom Omelette. It is very easy to make. All you need are only very few basic ingredients.
During a potluck, I tasted Mashed Potatoes that one of my friends made. It tastes so good, and then guess what? I requested her for the recipe, and she explained me well. So far, I have made this Mashed Potatoes nearly four times. I would say it is a no-fail recipe and has a creamy and smooth texture. Potatoes (white or red, peeled or unpeeled) – 4 nos. (1.5 pounds)
Milk (boiled) – 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Salted butter – 4 tablespoon
Black pepper powder – as required
Parsley (chopped) – as required
Salt – as required

1. In a large pan, add potatoes, salt and just enough cold water until potatoes are covered. Bring it to a boil. Cover the pan and cook until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Once the potatoes are cooled down, mash the potatoes well with a fork or any ladle.2. Add hot milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Combine all the ingredients well using a whisk or ladle. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.Now, Easy Mashed Potatoes Recipe is ready! Serve immediately.
