My hubby is a big fan of salads, but I am not. Though salads are easy to make, I find it very lazy to try and taste different sauces. To satisfy my hubby’s taste buds, I occasionally make these simple salads.
I usually make these kind of salads during friday nights as we would have an elaborate dinner watching movies with our loved ones. Usually I make salads with fruits like fruits honey salad, fruit salad etc. but this time, I thought I’ll make something with pineapple. Hope you all like my pineapple salad recipe. You can have it as a side dish for biryani as well.
