Pomegranate raita recipe, pomegranate raita
Pomegranate is very good for health. It helps to reduce arthritis symptoms, and rich in vitamin C. Pomegranate promotes youthful skin, cures anemia, and protects cardiovascular health. Pomegranate also helps to lose weight and promotes blood circulation.
It is a pomegranate season here, so Gj bought some pomegranates day before yesterday. I used some for fruit salad and the rest I used for pomegranate raita. I made vegetable pulao and pomegranate raita went very well with it. I have posted many raitas like apple grapes raita, mint yoghurt raita, coriander yoghurt raita etc. This raita has the tinge of sweet as well as sour flavor. It is very similar to onion raita and very simple and easy to make. It also serves as a good dessert. Try it and you would love it.
