Poondu Kuzhambu Recipe,Garlic Kuzhambu,Garlic Curry
Poondu Kuzhambu Recipe,Garlic Kuzhambu. A spicy and tasty kuzhambu made with garlic and tamarind paste which is very good with hot steaming rice.
I am a huge fan of Poondu Kuzhambu. My grand mother makes a very tasty Poondu Kuzhambu, and even when I go to restaurants, I would like to order Poondu Kuzhambu and eat it with pappads. Gj also likes Poondu Kuzhambu very much. I make two types of Poondu Kuzhambu: this recipe without coconut milk and the other one that uses coconut milk. I will post the Poondu Kuzhambu recipe that uses coconut milk later.
Few people do not like the smell of garlic/poondu, and hence would avoid recipes that has garlic in it. Garlic has many health benefits. Garlic helps to fight cold, reduces blood pressure, reduces the risk of heart disease, and also improves bone health.
I have been wanting to post this Poondu Kuzhambu recipe since long time. I am happy that I have finally posted this recipe. I am sure you will all like it.
