While the first version goes well with fried rice and noodles etc., this one goes well with rotis and an accompaniment with rice. I will assure that both the dishes will satisfy a large crowd of hungry people.

1. In a mixing bowl, add chopped onion and lime juice. Set the onions aside. Heat oil in a pan. Now, add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
2. Add chicken pieces and fry for 2 minutes. Now, add salt and chilli powder. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Then add a cup of water.
3. When chicken has cooked, add onions. Stir well.
4. Cook until onions are well blended with chicken. Once chicken turns light brown, dry and absorbed all the water, switch off.Now, chilli chicken is ready! Serve hot as as accompaniment to rice, fried rice and noodles.
