Vazhaikkai poriyal recipe, plantain poriyal recipe
Vazhaikkai poriyal recipe – A very easy and tasty side dish that goes well with sambar, rasam, and curd rice.
Vazhaikkai poriyal is one of my favorite recipes. It is very commonly made in Tamil Nadu especially during festivals. Vazhaikkai poriyal is very easy to make, but you have to make sure it is cooked. Sometimes, it would seemed to be cooked, but would not be cooked inside.
Vazhaikkai poriyal goes well as a side dish to almost all the south indian curries.
