1. Cut the brown edges of the bread (optional). In a pan, heat butter. Add onion and green chillies. Saute until onions turn golden brown, and then add capsicum and salt. Fry for 2 minutes and bring the pan down.2. Apply butter on both the sides of the bread. Stuff the bread with capsicum masala and sprinkle little pepper powder on it. Heat a flat pan (dosa pan), toast the bread on either sides until golden brown along with the stuffed capsicum.Serve hot.Now, wheat bread capsicum sandwich is ready!
