Schezwan fried rice recipe. A spicy and delicious indo chinese fried rice made with schezwan sauce, rice and stir fried vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan, and add white part of spring onions and chopped garlic. When garlic turns golden brown, add the chopped cabbage, carrot and beans. Cook in hight heat for 3 minutes and then in medium flame for about 2 minutes.
Add bell pepper and cook for a minute. Then add pepper powder, schezwan sauce, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the cooked rice.
Mix well gently until the veggies, sauce and rice combines well. Then add chopped green part of spring onion and give a quick stir. Switch off.
Now, schezwan fried rice is ready! Serve hot with any indo chinese side dish.
