Roohafza popsicle recipe, rose essence popsicle. A simple and easy popsicle made with roohafza or rose essence.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup roohafza
  • 2 tbsp rose essence
  • 2 tbsp sugar


  1. In a mixing bowl, add water, roohafza, rose syrup and sugar. Whisk well until sugar dissolves completely.

  2. Pour this into mould and cover it with aluminum foil. If you do not have popsicle moulds, you can small paper cups or tumblers.

  3. Carefully, insert ice cream sticks in the center and freeze it for at least 4 hours. After 4 hours, defrost the popsicle for 5 minutes or show them in the running water and carefully pull out the popsicle. Now, roofafza popsicle is ready! Enjoy!
